Hey, y'all! I'm Dr. Brittany Mallard-Jackson, but around here, you can just call me Brittany! ☕💕

Welcome to my little corner of creativity, where communication meets coffee, passion meets purpose, and a whole lot of love goes into everything I create!

I'm a small-town girl from Ludowici, Georgia, with big dreams, a heart for serving others, and a passion for making a difference. By day, I'm a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, educator, and special education leader. Beyond the school walls, I'm a creative at heart who loves bringing ideas to life!

A Little About My Journey 🎓

I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia (now part of Georgia Southern University). I later earned my Doctor of Education in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University.

My doctoral research, titled "A Study of General Education Teachers' Perceptions of Including Students With Emotional Behavior Disorders in the General Education Classroom in Elementary Schools," reflects one of my greatest passions: advocating for students and ensuring every child has access to meaningful, inclusive educational opportunities.

One of my long-term goals is to help reduce the disproportionate referral of African American students to special education through education, advocacy, early intervention, and empowering educators with the tools they need to support all learners.

I'm also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, an organization rooted in sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action. ❤️

Because I've always believed that some of the best ideas, conversations, and connections happen over a good cup of coffee!

Coffee & Communication is my creative outlet — a space where my love for communication, education, faith, fashion, and creativity all come together.

What started as a passion for creating has blossomed into a brand built on purpose, personality, and meaningful connections. Whether it's a sweatshirt that makes you smile, a design that celebrates your profession, or a little something that speaks to your faith, my goal is to create pieces that feel just as special as the people wearing them.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: We are all created with gifts, and those gifts are meant to make a difference.

I'm a firm believer that nothing happens by coincidence, and I know that every opportunity, every connection, and every person who crosses my path is part of a bigger purpose.
